A LONG HISTORY IN BYRON
Lodge Cavanbah may say "1994" at the entrance to its current building but don't let this deceive you. Lodge Cavanbah has had a long and deeply woven history into this community for many years and is well over 100 years old in Byron Bay.
IN THE EAST
Lodge Cavanbah hasn't always been in its current location. Over the years this Lodge has moved and expanded to accommodate the brethren of Byron Bay. The most appropriate point is that Byron Bay has a Freemasons lodge as it is the most Easterly point of Australia.
LODGE CAVANBAH
Byron Bay Freemasons lodge is known as Lodge Cavanbah and meets regularly each month. As Byron Bay is a tourism town we welcome international Freemasons visiting our town to visit our meetings and enjoy some North Coast hospitality.

CARRY ON THE TRADITION
Either you know a Freemason or you don't....
chances are you do, and if so, go and ask him about Freemasonry and what it has to offer.
If you don't know a Freemason then get in contact with our secretary,
he will help you using the Membership Assistance Scheme or MAS.
